Constitution
The club shall be designated WISBECH ST MARY YOUTH FOOTBALL CLUB. All teams shall be affiliated to The County Football Association of Cambridgeshire.
MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE
The Management Committee shall consist of the President, Chairman, Treasurer, Club Secretary, Registration Secretary and all Team Managers.
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Annual General Meeting shall be held no later than the last Monday in May each year. At this meeting the following Business shall be transacted.
To receive and confirm the Minutes of the Preceding Annual General Meeting.
To consider any business arising from them.
To receive and adopt the Annual Balance Sheet.
Election of Officers and Executive Committee.
Alteration of Rules, if any (of which notice has been given).
A.O.B.
COMMITTEE MEETING
Additional meetings to be held every 4/ 5 weeks, copies of previous minutes and balance sheets to be available to each Team Manager.
MEMBERSHIP
Each player will complete and return a Membership Application Form to the Registration Secretary including a signing on fee.
CHILD PROTECTION
This club fully complies with the CHILD PROTECTION PROCEDURE AND PRACTICES.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Each Team Manager/Coach are issued with a copy of the clubs CODE OF CONDUCT.
DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURE
The Disciplinary Committee consists of the President, Chairman and Club Secretary and has the jurisdiction over all club matters affecting the club. Any Official Player alleged to be in breach of club rules must be formally charged in writing and given the opportunity to present the case before the Disciplinary Committee.

The club is committed to providing opportunities for everyone to participate in football regardless of their Gender Sexual Orientation, Race, Nationality, Ethnic Origin, Colour, Religion or ability.
